How does poor Rena meet that rich kid and his car when she lives in a poor area (trailor park) ,would only go to a public school and is not old enough to go out to clubs.

Made the film seem so unrealistic IMO

He was just a jock. I think she calls him "the most popular guy in school". He looked like white trash, just like all the characters in the film. He probably had more money than Rena and her family, but he wasn't a "rich kid". They all went to public school.

I don't have trouble at all believing he went to public high school. There were kids like him at my high school, and also kids like Rena.

It's not a plot hole, he's a minor character and she just get pregnant with a random dude. We don't care who he is and how they know each other.
