tv movie or theatrical

was this a tv movie or did it have a theatrical release, if so how much did it make?

It wasn't a "TV Movie" but it did go straight to DVD/Video. It actually SHOULD have been released in theatres, as it was very entertaining.

it's about as entertaining as a kick to the teeth
