Lori's Mother was killed by Freddy?
So when during any of the NOES movies would this have happened the only adults known to be killed by Freddy were Nancy's parents and Jesse's highschool coach?

Well she was probably a teenager around the time the original kids were in the 80s movies. Maybe there's some kind of beef he had with Loris mom personally from the past but we wouldn't know

Though, on the flipside, if we assume that Freddy's Dead came before Freddy vs Jason then Freddy would've wiped out all the children of Springwood a few years before the events of this movie. The assumption was that the characters in this movie were mostly people who had newly moved to Springwood.
Saying that, continuity was never great in 80s slasher movies, and Freddy's Dead was cack. So it wouldn't bother me if they ignored that for the sake of making an interesting story here.

This movie is a sequel to Freddy's Dead as it shows scenes from it at the beginning in Freddy's Flashback. I think Lori's mom was killed sometime between Freddy's Dead and Freddy Vs. Jason. Same with Mark's brother.
