A thin line between a perfect blend of horror/comedy...

..and a BAD one!

Perfect Blend: Evil Dead II, Dead Alive aka BrainDead, Shaun of the Dead

Bad Blend: Dead & Breakfast, Freak Out

Noticing a trend where the good blends don't try TOO hard for laughs, its done "tongue-in-cheek", while the one that outright "fail" are GOING for laughs! I think Leslie neilsen said it best when (paraphrasing) he stated you shouldn't try TOO hard to get laughs, just let it flow & the laughs will come naturally.
