So, about Momiji. . . (a question.)

I have only read through volume 17 of the manga, and I was wondering, is there ever a reason given for Momiji's childlike appearance? I mean, Tohru was really surprised to find out he was Haru's age (I love that little Momiji = Haru panel in the manga, lol), but does no one ever ask WHY he's like that? The only thing I can come up with is that maybe it's just supposed to represent the playfulness of the rabbit, but is a cause ever actually addressed?

Thanks to anyone who answers. :)

Cuz it's so freakin cute! And it helps him look awesome in the girl's uniform.

I LOVE Momiji. He's sooo cool.

In response to your question, no real cause was ever addressed.

Lol, thanks for the answer. I love Momiji, too. As I said in the "favorite characters" thread, I kinda want to pick him up and squeeze him everytime he shows up. :)

It's just like with some boys that age, they don't grow as quickly. I knew plenty of guys at 14 and 15 who looked about 10, and some who looked 18 or 19. Plus he does mature in later chapters, and you see a much older looking Momiji. Lets just put it this way, he gets hot.

It isn't training over there, it's war. Where losers die and there aren't any winners.

I saw that! It's so disappointing...
Sure, I get it, we need character development or whatever, but I like Momiji as the cute little kid in the girl's uniform. I don't want him to grow up!

Because Japan is littered with pedophiles. I would not find some teenager in brightly colored bloomers 'cute' in any way.
