What happens to Kagura in the manga
Saw the series on DVD, and read the post explaining that Tohru and Kyo end up together in the manga's last book.
...so what happened to the poor Boar-girl?
She got dumped... Kyo wasn't in love with her... and so... they had a talk, and Kagura told him her feelings (and lots of backstory) and he says... I will never 'like' you, Kagura. And so... kyo/kagura is no more. I really do feel sorry for Kagura. To the end of the manga, she has no one. And I loved her so!

If you want to know the backstory... Kagura tells Kyo that she started to play with him because she felt superior to him. When she saw Kyo, she felt that at least she wasn't as lowly as the cat-boy. And when Kyo transformed to his true-form, Kagura ran away. And because she ran away, and because she felt superior to Kyo, she felt guilty, and decided that if she fell in love with Kyo, and made Kyo fall in love with her, then her sin... of looking down on him, would be absolved. But in the process, she actually fell in love with him...
This confession was what made me love kagura so much!
