A show about tops. K, no thanks

Really? People fighting with tops? I saw one episode and I found it to be ridiculously stupid. At least that Yugioh show had more to it, with cards. Though you could easily defeat any card with a simple paper shredder. But tops? What next, a cartoon about rock paper scissors?
"You can do it (main character) just trust the power of your hands!"
"(main character), this is your father from the other side, trust yourself. Feel the power of rock paper scissors"
"Yes, I can do it, I can defeat (main villain)!"
"Ha ha ha, you will never defeat me, I am the world champion!" {(thought):I must defeat him, I can not lose, or else the dark powers will consume me.}

Go!

(main villain): "Ha ha, I throw down rock! only a paper will defeat it!"
(main character): "Now is my chance, to show that good can prevail! I throw down paper!"
(main villain): "No!!!! How can this be?!...What, I was blinded by arrogance, he knew about paper! The only thing that can defeat rock!"
