I just watched this movie, and there's something I don't get and I hope someone can explain it to me:

When Diane is in the restaurant with Sandra and Kate, she says "I'm going to be an aunt!" So I thought she was supposed to be Kate's sister..
But then later, when Sandra moves to Italy too, they don't ever talk about her anymore.. So i came to think that Sandra might have been her adopted sister or something..
And then, somewhere later in the movie, she says something like how a good friend Sandra is..
And now I'm confused! Help please

I agree with what was said before ..sometimes you are so close to someone you may call them your sister or your brother. I have two brothers like this..we have been friends for about 11 years and his kids call me auntie!
