The old man with flowers - Mario Monicelli

I would only remember that "old man with flowers" is Mario Monicelli, one of the greatest movie writer and director of the history in the world.
This is a cameo, because he is from Tuscany.
He is famous as Fellini or Leone.
He directed actors like Vittoro Gassman, Totò (prince Antonio de Curtis), Alberto Sordi, Marcello Mastroianni, Gigi Proietti, etc.
He made the great history of the Italian Cinema.

The movies I absolutely prefer are the two masterpieces of Brancaleone:
L'Armata Brancaleone (1966)
Brancaleone alle crociate (1970)
both available abroad.
