any1 agree? i rly luv this movie. i don't know what it is, it's like the setting the characters u can't help but love the guys who help her, and it's jsut such a great movie. oh and i really love Martini! he was fantastic. i wanna move to Italy
shareThat film really made me laugh! I'm Italian and there is nothing true in this film! It's Italy just like americans think it is! I didn't see the very beginning so i'm not so sure... but i hope it isn't nowadays because it's Italy in 1950 or something!!! According to this film when italians don't coltivate wine they're just playing and singing in the streets!
shareI completely agree! I'm normally more into serious, Oscar-type movies, but this is one of my absolute favorites, and I can watch over and over again. It's my ultimate feel-good movie! Ironically whenever I'm feeling down this movie tends to be on TV, and watching makes me feel a little better :) Love, love love this movie!
It also makes me want to move to Tuscany really, really bad!
It's my favorite. I can watch this movie over and over again. I love it so much.

I really love this movie but mostly because of Diane Lane. She's a terrific actress.
