what is the name of the actor that played the boy who had green highlights in his hair and who didn't want to play table tennis but was forced by his parents and then lost the match to kong? does anyone know the name of this actor?

do you mean the one with glasses, who had a shaved head and used to be friends with peco? that was koji ookura, he played akuma. i havent seen him in any other movies though, i have only seen moves with yosuke kubozuka (peco.)
