It's now January 2004. I'm in Dallas TX. Can a showing or DVD for this movie be found anywhere?

sharehere you go buddy http://www.hkflix.com/xq/asp/filmID.527724/qx/details.htm
shareMaybe it is a Dallas-thing, but I too am looking to purchase the video. Unfortunately it is only available in Region 3 format and won't play on most DVD players bought in the States. You can always buy a multi-code/codefree player though. However since you live in Dallas, I'll let you in on some perhaps useful info. Premier Video (214-827-8969) off of Mockingbird and I-75 rents the movie and a Region 3 DVD-player all for the price of a regular movie rental. I definitely do not go there enough! It's a great store for movie-buffs. Hope this helps.
shareany acquiring tips for san-diegans? :)
shareI bought it from this person on ebay who I belive is in vancouver canada, he has his own website now and its www.lomte.com the copy I bought was under ten bucks and was region free.

3) Search for whatever you want. Using the above link, everything on this site is discounted $1.
Go to www.yesasia.com.
I purchased the Japanese version. Sure, it cost me $60, but it is definitely worth the money.
Oh, and by the way, the Japanese version is ALL region, even though YesAsia says it is Region 2.
yes, yesasia seems to have the largest selection of movies, despite there high price. just check to make sure the movie ur getting is worth it.
p.s. Ping Pong is one that is deffinately worth the money!

do you mean that only Ping Pong Japanese version DVD is all region, or Japanese DVDs in general are actually all region?
In both cases, I highly doubt it. I have the Singapore version (region 3) of the DVD, so I don't know about the Japanese version. does it really play on all DVD players? that must be a freaky coincidence, 'cause to my knowledge, the Japanese are very, very strict when it comes to region control. I have loads of region 2 DVDs and they really are region 2s.
The Yesasia DVD is indeed all region (eventhough the box says R2).
sharetry websites such as: ebay or amazon, u can usually get just about anything on there.
shareI got the region 3 DVD from cdwow.com, (uk £5.99) or $9.95 on the u.s site. great film

If so, that isn't the Japanese version. Is it just a mistake they made or something? Someone confirm please.
I got mine from Amazon.com... Region 1. it was a little more ($18.99) but well worth it to me.
Brian, there's a message in my AlphaBits. It says "OOOOOO".
Peter, those are Cheerios.
