Great movie. I rented it a few nights ago for my weekly horror dose. I love it. This film is like the male version of "May", except with UDO!!!! I still can't decide which is better. The only problem is that it could have had more gore. Kenneth is a dream...except for the embalming alive bit. That blonde chick seriously overreacted to the doll!

Desmond Harrington is definitely a hottie.....Thats the only reason I rented the movie...it kind of bored me...but the ending was shocking. I hate Melissa Sagemiller...She is such an awful actress....in this movie and another that I have with her in it...Soul Survivors....you can tell shes trying not to smile at a point in the movie when she is supposed to be sad or upset....god she gets on my damn nerves. I love Desmond though...I thought he was great in Wrong Turn.

Thank GOD someone agrees with me! I could not STAND Melissa Sagemiller in that movie!!! She even kinda ruined the commentary for me....they should have put tape over her mouth and just let Desmond and the director speak :) I convinced one of my friends to watch L.O. and he thought Melissa Sagemiller's mouth was hot. I quickly informed him that he was WRONG WRONG WRONG and that DESMOND was indeed the hot one in the movie :) I mean, he DID make those kisses look pretty damned convincing (I never wanted to be a love doll more in my entire life!!!). As he said in the commentary "I'm one hell of a good kisser" *L* :) PLUS, the scene where he just shoves Nikki off of the bed after he's, um, done w/ her makes me laugh EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!! Our boy is sooo very twisted and I love him for it!!!!!!!!! ~Maise~
shareLOL. Tell me about it. Desmond is such an awesome actor. I thought he was great in Wrong Turn and not just because I loved that movie. I thought he was good in Love Object also, but I did not like that movie at all. IM sure it was Sagemiller that ruined it all.
Its kinda funny because she reminds me so much of Naomi Watts and I love her. I think shes a great actress and shes gorgeous too. I think she has a hot mouth. LOL. Maybe Naomi and Desmond need to team up.
mm, Melissa was definitely bad in Love Object, even though I liked it. I haven't seen her in that many films, but I did like how she played Leah in the movie "Sorority Boys."
