This movie was supposed to be in theaters!!!

I remember seeing the preview on Big Screen and i'm not lying, I even saw a giant poster at my theater and it comes out straight to TV!!! And it's a good movie, not bad, not that good, just average. Leguizamo did a great job with this movie!!
