hornblower most unlikable protagonist in history

bad casting. no wonder the series floundered

reply

So which is it, bad casting or an unlikable protagonist?

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

so which is it

are you an idiot? since when are bad casting and an actor formulating an unlikable character mutually exclusive? do i have to spell it out for you, moron? the bad casting of this actor led to a performance resulting in the screen's most unlikable protagonist. i can think of a hundred actors who could have made the same character using the same dialogue infinitely more likable.

...and are too retarded to formulate an intelligent criticism...

ironic, since you are apparently too retarded to formulate an intelligent criticism of my criticism. which makes sense, since you are clearly lacking the requisite intelligence to discern that my post made clear that the actor's portrayal, and not the actual literary character he was portraying, was devoid of likability.

to sum up, honblower was portrayed as a pratt by the actor. just like you. which is why you've apparently taken offense to my comment. i guess silly pratts stick together. now p iss off and run along little boy

Your so called clear criticism isn't even written in complete sentences.

run along little boy

Son, I've been making fools out of idiots like you since the days of BBS but I'll give you a 2/10 for effort.

The series ended because A&E didn't want to fund anymore movies. It was solely about money. Ship rentals aren't cheap.
