Why was Lucinda present at the end dance?

Seriously all the *beep* in this movie was caused by her stubbornness. Like who on earth invited her? And when she exits she's got her arm around Ella's best friend. (SINCE WHEN ARE THEY PALS) It just bugs me. Like did they need another person for the dance, and they just figured lets call her in because we're already paying her.

You're taking this movie way too seriously. It's a fun film in the vein of Shrek and Mirror Mirror in which all productions ended with a song/dance featuring the main characters including pantomime-type villains who may have supposedly died earlier on in the story. Think of it as being a suggestion, that everyone lived happily ever after. IMO entirely appropriate and welcome in films of this nature.🐭

Why not? It was supposed to be everyone from the film. We also have Cary Elwes' character there as well. Of course, I didn't see Lucy Punch there though.

Hattie wasn't there because Lucinda turns her into a frog. It was a deleted scene.

I seem to recall in a deleted scene that she just popped in uninvited. Kinda like when she popped into Ella's house after she was born.

It’s a fluff musical and a fairy tale. Seems okay to me
