This movie reminds me of something that happened to me as a child

When I was a child, maybe around 5 or 6 years old, I was playing with my older sister when she pulled this trick on me. She took the bedroom door key and told me it was a magic key to a parallel universe.. So she locked the bedroom door and re-opened it, telling me that we could now go into the other world where everything looked the same but it was different. So we went around the house and she did stuff like turn on and off the lights by blinking - because in this world she had 'magic powers' lol. She was basically distracting me and then pressing the switch when I wasn't looking.. Then she would do the same with the tv by changing the channels with her foot on the remote, while I was convinced she was doing it by blinking. Then we went into the kitchen and our mam was there making pizza dough and my sister was like "she looks like our mam but she's not our mam.. she's your parellel universe mam and she has psychic powers".

I don't know if I was a particularly gullible kid but I totally bought it and I started crying that I wanted to go back to my world LOL... I've pretty much never lived it down till this day and my family still jokes about it :P
