When the 2 guys are talking about the artifact found in Antarctica and it shows footage, its definitely the footage used in John Carpenters "The Thing"... Isn't that like copyright?

not sure what the laws are on that. i've heard of the original producers not happy (The Hulk TV show took clips for expensive shots they didn't want to re-create-) but couldn't stop. sorry if i'm not really answering clearly... hope someone else clarifies better.
