Would You Have Trusted Haigh?

Haigh's amiable, soft spoken facade is more frightening than any movie villain. Usually, movie killers are so easy to spot that the audience ends up thinking the victims are idiots for trusting him. I think if I met Haigh's I would have liked him and that is the frightening part. He doesn't act like we have been programmed to believe a killer acts.
What about you? Would you have trusted him?
