Sara Maldonado isn`t Rubi, She is playing a new leading role!!!

Sara Maldonado is not going to play "Rubi" anymore, she decided no to do it because the Telenovela`s producer was kind of playing around. He had called Sara like about 3 times and never told her anything about the role. She got tired of waiting and another producer offered her the opportunity to be the protagonist of his new telenovela which is a teenagers`s telenovela like Clase 406 and she accepted. This new telenovela is about extreme sports and its name is not confirmed yet.The name could be either "Reto de juventud" or "Corazones al Limite". Sara`s partner in this telenovela is Aarón Díaz(*beep* in Clase 406)and the bad girl is Sherlyn(Gaby in Clase 406). Sara said in an interview that she is so happy because everything is working perfect she has already started filming this telenovela and she is still working in the theater play "El Graduado"(The Graduate)and she is going to start filming a movie called "La Ultima Noche"(The Last Night)so as you can see Sara is working in a lot of projects. This telenovela is going on air in Mexico in March 2004 and it will take the space that Clap will leave.

By any chance is this new novela a production of Pedro Damian? I'm only asking since the mentioned cast members are, obviously, all stars from "Clase 406." Moreover, all of the teen age novelas that have aired in the last four years have been produced by either Damian or Roberto Gomez Fernandez. (Luis de Llano Macedo, who used to produce such series, hasn't done one since "DKDA.")

In any case, I'm glad to hear that Sara will be the star, and that Sherlyn has been regulated to the antagonist role, since I'm one of those who always that Sherlyn was grossly overrated and Sara had more presence and beauty. For the record, I never really understood the entire "Fercho-Tatiana" romance since I thought that Tatiana was way too pretty for Fercho, or for that matter, any of the other guys in "Clase 406." Since Enrique(Aaron Diaz)was the "pretty boy" of the group, I could picture her being with him. It should come as no surprise that the new series' producer chose to pair them together in this new novela.

No Pedro Damian is not the Telelnovela`s producer. There is two producers in this telenovela and they are: Roberto Hernandez no Fernadez(Tres Mujeres and Corazon Salvaje) and the other one is Nicandro Díaz. Aaron Diaz is Sara`s partner in this telenovela. I think they will make an excellent couple.

Wow thats kool bcuz she's my favorite actress thats gonna be nice seeing sum part of the cast of clase 406 reunited in a soap opera, i was wondering are Sherlyn and Aaron still going out? Thaxs 4 the info. :)
