New York Film Festival Screening

What an incredible screening at the recent New York Independent International film festival! The festival was a well-organized event catering to those of us who love good film.

THE ROAD HOME was my favorite film at the festival and I think I was not alone. It seemed as if the entire theater stayed to congratulate the director, writer and the actors who made it out from the west coast. There was a long line of people asking for autographed posters in the lobby afterwards and most people I overheard said it was a wonderful, heartfelt film.

Good job Drew Johnson and team! Maybe I can one day I'll be saying "I saw them before they won their Oscars"!
