Handcuffs

While I quite enjoyed the movie, the one thing that grated was the handcuffs.

Would you cuff yourself and go to sleep with your arm upright?
With metal handcuffs, without any padding?

Come on, 10 seconds of thinking and a some cloth would have added a star to the rating.

And what if you have to tinkle? Perhaps there was a bladder bag under the covers.
