Executions, executions, more excutions, then finally, the raid

If you love executions this is the movie for you. 2+ hours long and 1.5 of it is executions.

While Im on the subject why were the nurses executed? and who was doing the selecting?

This movie really lays it on thick building your hatred for the japs. And finally 6-7 minutes of the actual raid to avenge 1.5 hours of executions. Doesnt quite satisfy.
I gave it an 8 becaue it's a great-true story, but damn, I wouldn't want to watch it twice.

My ex father in law survived the Bataan Death March and the camps. If he were still alive I'm sure he would beg to differ. He only talked of the horrors near the end of his life. This movie is mild by comparison. Peace
