I too was interested in seeing the Great Dane in the movie. I have a blue dane that looks a lot like Valentino in the movie. For those that don't know the dane is actually a male but plays a female dane. Anyone interested can see my danes at,

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh she is so cute!!
My whole family has a passion for whippets and greyhounds ... and she is an italian greyhound (exactly the same but in a toy breed) and we HAD to watch it.
She is absoloutly adorable and her voice matches her personality perfectly!!

my reason for watching it was because I was bored the other day, changed the channel on the TV and watched it for 5 minutes (couldnt be bothered looking in the TV Guide) and so I got caught and continued watching it,. I thought it was a pretty good kid's movie. I havent seen a kid's movie for ages so this was really funny but I thought it was good. The funniest part was near the end when the dogs came back and they got out of the broken alien-dog-ship-thing and then the boy was waiting for his dog to come out alive and then it finally came out! - it reminded me of Homeward Bound with Michael J. Fox when the kids are waiting for old dog (was it Shadow?) to come home and it finally comes home! Ahhhh! It reminds me how annoying the old man's voice for that old dog was! Anyway, even though I am not a kid I still enjoyed it - the movie was funny and I didn't have to listen to heaps of swearing!

I watched it for Liam Aiken. But when I found out Matthew Broderick was in it as the voice of Hubble I shouted to myself, "score!" Matthew Broderick is awesome! But still mainly for Liam. He looked very nice in red. *grins*
