When you finally get to the Servants room in Alex's Chapter you see that there are only 3 skulls in the middle of the room, but Max had killed four. Does it ever say what happened to the 4th??

A rabbi, a priest and a leprechaun walk into a bar. I take down the leprechaun first. Now the others know I mean business.

It's been brought up, and I think it implies that one of the servants was actually posessed by a bone thief.
