Bad

Having seen 'Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room' I was curious about this one. I watched and found it really bad, low quality and poor storytelling. The Enron scandal is iconic and deserved other script, actors, settings, etc.
I don't like Christian Kane at all, so I was very dissapointed, same feeling with the actors playing Skilling (the s-hole scene was embarrasing), Lay, Fastow (another ridiculous performance).
As I said before, this was one of the most important events in the century, deserved much better... but luckily, we have the 2005 documentary (BRILLIANT).
So if you wanna know, see and feel the raw, sad and unbelievable way this parasites ended the dream of many Americans, watch the documentary.
Hope u find this useful.

It was on last night, and it was SO bad I couldn't look away. Not even one convincing performance. And if it was supposed to be satire, it failed miserably.

I watched the movie and the folks who did the day to day work to make ENRON successful were trumped by the corrupt people who were intoxicated with greed. That greed never stopped until the value of the company started taking a nose dive. That nose dive was fast and then came the scene where the boss tells the 'worker bees' to start writing their resumes. The story feels like a work of fiction but it was not as ENRON was a real company. It does have a happy ending ... sort of.
