Hollywood desperate?
Is Hollywood so desperate for scripts that they're already recycling "The Fast & The Furious"?

shareYes, folks are still saying that "The Fast& The Furious" is a recycling from "Point Break" only with cars. And who cares, Hollywood? Where is the movie "Left Behind II?" You should make more movies like that in these last days.
sharethat's ridiculous when there are so many good scripts out there that studios won't make because they want to keep making the same movies over and over again.
shareActually it's "No Man's Land" that Fast and the Furious copies. It's basically the same plot except it's Porsches they swipe and ride in.
share"LBII: Tribulation Force" is out on video. I haven't seen it. The first one disappointed me as a fan of the books. I probably won't rent this one because of it. Anyway, soul2, the world isn't ending...yet. Remember, we've still got seven years of this.
shareWell if you have seen all three movies you will know this is NOT fast and the furious or point brake. There is no sting operation they are not trying to rob banks or highjack big rigs and they are not sky diving. And if you think about it this movie is more realistic than the other two movies. Though I did have some technical issues with some of the movie.

I agree that this wasn't a recycle of any of the scripts mentioned previously. There were also many technical issues involving the motorcycles which made it clear that those involved had no interest in realism. Aside from that, this was a truly horrible movie.
shareWhich character do you guys like better Rufio or the kid who can roll himself into a ball and knock people over?
Movie isn't anything like fast and the furious other than the fact it involves racing. Fast and the Furious is about an undercover cop busting a hijacking crew, this movie is about a kid trying to prove to his now dead father that he is the best racer in Cali.
