So how old is Minoru Kokubunji?

We know he is younger than the main character, who is currently in college. We are introduced to his character who is shorter and younger looking. In the English dub he sounds very young, maybe in his early teens (this most likely because they used a woman voice actor). I just found it funny that this preteen looking boy had all these sexy dressed robots around his house.
