Doesn't This Sound Suspiciously Like "The Bourne Identity'

Doesn't the premise sound suspiciously like "The Bourne Identity"? You know "an amnesiac killer is on the loose"? I doubt it will be as good.

How in the world can you say that? A TV movie (on TNT no less) starring Alec Baldwin not good???

And yes, I was thinking the same thing, it does sound like the poor man's Bourne Identity, lol.

That said though, if I remember I will watch it and do a review but I won't plan my evening around it.

Got a healthy smattering of 'The Long Kiss Goodnight' in there too by the sounds of it, and hopefully a sliver of 'Shattered' and/or 'Memento'. I'm expecting a pale imitation of all these great movies, but still, I'll give it a go.

I don't know when Ludlum's The Bourne Identity novel was written, but the movie was hardly the first "amnesiac assassin" movie I ever saw. As mentioned, The Long Kiss Goodnight predates Identity. I also remember a movie starring Michael Biehn called Timebomb from 1991. I'm sure there were others.

This is a good film, no too over-the-top, maybe not try comparing everything.

So... did you ever end up watching it and writing a review?

Go to the loo, 'cause all the *beep*'s coming out your mouth instead of your a-hole...

Hahaha, it's on TV as I speak and just came on to see if anyone else'd seen it! It's 3 star, quite ok...
