question regarding the actor who played the blood .....

hey everyone, i was just wondering, does anyone know who the guy was who played the blood near the beggining( he had the words "PIRU BLOOD" on his chest and stomach) who was going to get excecuted and they wanted him toget the rest of the bloods in the coalition??? the actor looks familiar and its kinda killing me cuz i wanna know who it is and what movies he's been in, get back at me! thanks......
