Villians And Story
Who are the villians and what is the story in this game. Thanks

I don't know the story, but I do know some of the villains. It's a group called Black Chamber. There are four people in it:
Pyro Bison - some big guy with burns all over him carrying a flamethrower. Basically this game's version of Vulcan Raven.
Slasher Hawk - a big Australian guy with a huge boomerang and a hawk on his shoulder.
Marionette Owl - some guy who likes the dark and puppets and has two life-size geisha dolls as weapons.
Black Arts Viper - the leader. He's got a robotic arm with explosives and other stuff on it.
