The cashier lady (spoilers)

What do we think of the theory that the cashier lady (Katy) was is on the con as well? Was she hired by Frank to mess with Roy? Seems to me like that would make a lot of sense giving the fact we see Roy and her at the end and her stomach appears to be full. Besides Roy never once mentioned her to Frank when they were conning.
