OK I have been playing the game for like ever trying to figure out how to unlock all of the characters and I just can't get it!!!! Can someone help me out?

O and how do you earn a "Jet" ranking or w/e

To get a "Jet" rank you have to collect all the graffiti souls in a particular area e.g. Dogenzaka Hill, and then after you finish the game you go talk to Roboy and in the menu you'll see you can acsess the test runs option. Get "jet" in all the test runs in that area that you got your graffiti souls and you'll have unlocked a hidden character!!! You have to do this process for all the areas if you want all the characters. :(

You have to actually beat the game before you do jet rankings though.
