*So what really happen?

I understand that Simon was dead, and reliving the events leading up to his death in his mind. I understand that he couldn't move, because of the guilt. but what I do not understand What happen before the accident leading up to his death.

Which even was true? the first one , or the second one? :

Did he actually had sex with his brother girlfriend?, or was it only a harmless kiss, and he stop it before it went any further?

Was Claire coming back for Simon, or for Peter? if nothing had happen between Simon and Claire than why would she return for Simon?

Did he actaully push his brother of the roof? or did his brother accidently fall?

Was he really going to dump the his brother's body in the water, or was he rushing him to the ER to save him?

Note:The first time around, Simon was trying to get rid of Peter's body, by making it look like Peter had a accident, and had driven into the lake. Simon was only prevented from doing that, because other people had came around, which cause him to leave and later get into the car accident.

i dont think the movie was very clear as to which version actually happened , but that seems to be beside the point. the different versions seem to be him reliving the night and trying to come to terms with it and even convince himself that nothing he could have done would have changed the outcome. that being said, i think this idea had some amazing potential to have become a wonderful movie, i just think it was told poorly. still better than most of the stuff out there if not just for the simple fact that it makes you think even if your final insights dont seem to make all the confusion worthwhile

well i suggest you to watch carefully the whole movie again trust me it worse it!!!

about the questions that you asked well what happend in the first time was the events the true happen. driving the car to the cliff and after that to hospitle the kiss that Simone have with Clarie the argument the Simone have with his brother and maybe you can call it "push" anyway the events the he tried to change was only in his imagention "what if..." and all ends the same way. the best example is where he choose to go directly to hospitle and not to the cliff as happen in realty (first time) all ends with the same result - CRASH.
