If you download LimeWire you can find the song by its title, "would I know." Written by Diane Warren. There was a "promo album" released but no soundtrack.

It was written in 1933 by Ira Gershwin and Du Bose Heyward. It is from the musical Porgy and Bess and ahs been redone by dozens of artists. It was beautifully done by Charlotte Church in the film.
