In the movie, when Dickie first moves in to Sam and Sally's room, Sam says regarding his video games, they're his so "no touchie."

David Spade was the voice in The Emperor's New Groove, and the Emperor's favorite phrase was "no touchie."

I hated when Sam said that line. It sounded incredibly corny.
