Single mother? Widow?
Where is the Niece's father? It seemed that the brother, who is trying to be as traditional as possible, wouldn't accept his sister to have a child outside of wedlock but yet her father is never seen nor mentioned. Since the brother has the role of marrying her off, I guess you could assume that the niece's father died as well but I still found it odd how he wasn't depicted at all in the movie. The mother of the niece is shown as being more independent and modern, you'd think that she'd be the black sheep and not Sabah (before they discover her relationship, of course). Other than that, the movie was pretty decent.
