Why Is "Sylvia" Unavailable?

Does anyone know why the movie isn't available for rent on Amazon, isn't on Netflix, and although YouTube has Parts 1-9 and Part 11, Part 10 (which is essential to the film as a whole) is missing, it's unavailable.I can't find Sylvia on cable TV, either - nor from the library. Does anyone know why it's so obscure?

You can buy it Amazon. I just bought it an hour ago for less than $5 prime. I wish it had been on Netflix though. I am curious about it but didn't really want to buy it in case it wasn't good. I'm only out $5 though if not.
