Box Art

What's with the box art. It has nothing to do with the actual movie. They show the Philadelphia skyline on both the front and the back, when the movie is clearly set in Cincinnati. And they have people breaking into a place trough a roof, and climbing down a rope. Neither of which comes anywhere near the heist scenes in the movie. I'm actually wondering where the pictures for the box came from, because either they're stolen from somewhere or they spent a lot of extra money on something that didn't need it.
