Happy End?

Don't wanna read too much spoiler so I try to avoid must post. But before I go into another disapointment of ending.

Does it end happy? Do the girls end up together or do they do the *PC* ending like in Jessica Stein. Because if it is second I very much would like to avoid spending my money on a ticket.

Thank you!

I am not ususally one for spoiler. But I have been disapointed too many times in the last time. And heck sometimes I want my Happy Ends and not have one of them realise s/he is straight.

Feel EXACTLY the same way! So glad to hear they end up together and im DEF going to see it!!!
Kissing Jessica Stein was good up until the point that their relationship fell apart...and Jess realised she was straight...that was boring...
Glad this one ends right!!!
YAY! Any other good movies like this that end right?? List them! Would love to know!

They may end up together, but an out lesbian learns that she needs a man to be happy. The movie makes sure to zoom in on her women's symbol tattoo right before she jumps a guy too. Not what I would call a positive portrayal of lesbianism: all a lesbian needs is to meet the right man.

Even if it would be a sad ending, the story of love can be quite moving and beautiful. Do not let the fact of knowing theres a sad ending ruin the pleasure of seeing the movie itself. I loved "Lost and Delirious" although the ending was well just a sad one.

On one level I can agree, but on the other hand I think the point that the film was trying to make was that ultimately, the person who can make you happy isn't always the one you expect or want it to be. Sasha was clearly and presumably will continue to be into women. She just discovered that she was bisexual, and that what she valued wasn't just gorgeous women, but sensitivity, creativity, common interests and Mediterranean good looks.

I found Kissing Jessica Stein irritating not because it ended 'wrongly' but because there are so few films portraying bisexuality/late discovery of lesbian tendencies where the girl doesn't go back to the guy in the end. Since in the case of this film the girls get back together, I think we can allow for a comedy 'butch dyke discovers she's bi' plot in the background.

Even if Sasha was bisexual it doesn't matter love is love.

As for KJS I think Jessica belonged with Josh and I thought it ended right for both girls-never believed Jessica was anything but straight anyway.

I'm Bi so what!
