Did Albert Pyun direct this, using "Yegor Konchalovsky" as an alias?

During most of the film I could have sworn that I was watching "Crazy Six" or "Wrecking Crew". The only thing missing was Ice-T wearing a fedora hat and sporting bling in his teeth.

Not saying that Konchalovsky was copying Pyun's style (not entirely sure if that would be for better or for worse) but the quality level is definetly on par.
