Soundtrack.... Yuri sees Lara through window

I wonder if anyone can help me. I recently brought the Einaudi soundtrack after enjoying the programme, but I'm unsure as to whether the music from where Yuri first sees Lara through the window, is on there...
Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks

Yeah... the soundtrack is really good. I'm just unsure as to whether it is complete or not. It is quite moving and wonderful to relax to. Recommended!

I love the soundtrack. It's excellent. And in answer to your question, I never thought the piece where Yuri sees Lara in the window was on it, but I was listening to it recently and I have a feeling it's Track 10. I really couldn't be sure though. A lot of the music is kind of repetitive in the series and they didn't include it all on the CD, but I think it's 10. It sounds like it anyway, although I haven't watched Zhivago in a while. Hope this helped.

It's repetitive because it makes use of themes ie every time Komarovsky comes on the scene you hear his theme which is really crrepy, there's the love theme for Lara another theme for when Yury thinks of Tonya etc. I haven't heard the soundtrack but I imagine you'd hear them only once each so not necessarily in the order you might expect.
And not so annoying as those balalaikas in the Lean version

Jarré's score? Annoying?? It did win an Academy Award, you know (and a Golden Globe and a Grammy). I happen to think it's considerable less affecting than his work on Lawrence of Arabia, but wonderful nonetheless.
