Similiar to Les Miserables

Never seen this before but my summary: Its about people trying to survive the mess of a national revolution.

That seems to be the only thing they have in common if that. In Les Miserables (the book), nobody is really trying to survive the revolution because it is by no means a big revolution like the one portrayed in Doctor Zhivago. It only lasted 2 days and only about errr.....50 people were on the republican side fighting, and they all died except for Marius. Zhivago is alot more about love, while Les Mis is about humanity and what do ya know miserable people. And hey if you've seen the '98 version of it Hans Matheson is in that too. Happy days.

I beg to differ my friend. Sorry, I didn't find Jean Valjean, Javert, Fantine, Marius, Eponine, and pretty much everyone else to be to happy-go-lucky. =P
