help finding the name of a claymation tv show

i watched this british claymation tv show a while ago it was set in an apartment block in central london
and there where a variety of characters in it like there was a dillussional grandma a single mother with two children a crude little girl and a teenage boy who hada face like an orange peel. An out of work screenplay writer who spent all day watching neighbours. anyway i can`t remwmber the title it was something like SE M6 or some kind of london adress
