series 3 part 1+2

here in the states, bbc america has been showing six additional episodes since this past december (2005) that are not in the listings here. i'm not sure if they constitute season 3, or if they are just additional episodes of season 2. they include:

Animal Magnetism
Bed Time
Communication
Safari Park
Self Image and
Merry Christmas Everybody!

that last one is a triple-length episode (~22min.) and different from the 2003 episode 'merry christmas'

they are all on par with the other episodes too...two great moments that come to mind just looking at the titles (possible spoiler alert):

bed time - the young turtle trying to stay awake while telling the interviewer how he hates going to sleep

and maybe one of the best moments in the whole series (imho), in the opening of self image 'fluffy' the hampster discusses how people put on their 'mirror faces' before looking at themselves and the unfortunate consequences of forgetting to do so
