i like the little crab that brings out the sign at the beginning of all of the discussions! Is that sad? :D But really I like all of them, they are just hilarious! thank god for bbc america!

reply

I like the elderly bats, who spend half the time bickering with one another (Muriel and Catherine I think they're called!).

reply

I love the bats and how they play off on the fact that real bats can't hear, so the interviewer is always repeating things and they talk about something totally off topic. the crab is adorable too.

three words

BRIAN & KEITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trixie and Captian Cuddlepuss The UFO sketch and when the talk about eating oysters are the best. They crack me up every time.

I'd love to meet that couple in real-life. They are constantly bickering but in a lazy, good-natured way.

"What's that!? Get the book out! Can't identify it...That's an unidentified flying object"

reply

My two favorite characters are the elderly bats. They crack me up every time. I also like the family of dogs. I'm not sure what kind they are, but they are in the bit when the dad asks them who the queen is and one exclaims "You!" I like most of the ones where they use childeren.

Fluffy the Hamster
The old dog
Trixie and Captain Cuddlepuss

One of those corgis sounds suspiciously like Brian Sewell, the art critic.

Um, bats can hear, some of them have massive ears. They use echo location (sound) to find their way around, so they can't see very well, but their hearing is excellent.

I love the stick insect in the pet shop. He looks so unimpressed, but hes so hilarious - ''Stick insects dont have a developed vocal tract, so that wouldnt happen..'' Classic!

I don't know his name, but i love the little hamster that is always mopes around.

"and my friend slammed the door on. my. head. and it really hurt and it was my birthday and i had to get stitches" That always cracks me up!

So it goes.

Gotta be the butterfly and caterpillar when they're talking about plants:

Caterpillar: "I don't really see the point in flowers...I love vegetables, though."

Butterfly: "Oh, I don't really like anything except for flowers, they're so pretty."

Haha, I love how they correspond to what the real caterpillar and butterfly go for in nature, and how they're essentially the same bug just in two different phases in life.

Deep, aardman, deep!
