New host this season - what's his name?

I want to know because he's monumentally bad. Did he win some kind of contest to get that job? He doesn't seem to be bringing any driving skills to the table, is not funny, and makes me want to punch my TV. I pity Vicki for having to share a table with that dim bulb.

He really is quite annoying. According to imdb, this is the only show he's been on, so I wouldn't doubt that he won a contest [or is a relative of a Fifth Gear/Five exec.] to get on the show.
