is there anyway I can find a resource to see this movie again? I always loved the 2 hour pilot.
shareI've been looking around since the first season aired here in New Zealand, and it looks like the only hope anyone would have is if the TV networks replayed the tapes that they have of the show.
The first season aired on Friday at 8:30 here in New Zealand, then season 2 a few years later, after that, seasons 3 and 4 were aired at an ungodly hour on Saturday mornings :(
I've tried with no success to get in contact with anyone involved in production and distribution of the show, and I haven't been able to get anything back. I know of one aqquaintance of mine in California who has taped every episode, but he's always too busy to send me episodes I missed thanks to TVNZ's (lack of) advertising of the later seasons :/
Even now Viper remains my all time favourite show :D Every aspect of the show kicked ass!
You are right about things like that. I have been slowly trying to convert many of the tapes in my video collection over to DVD but it's much too slow a process. I dug out the Viper episodes last year and still haven't gotten around to them. Perhaps I never will. I'm so slow that many series have since turned up on DVD in the interim (like The Flash though that set doesn't have any of the interviews I recorded when the show originally aired) or are set to come out shortly. I haven't sat down and watched the pilot movie either. It's still in the "to do" pile from last year. Maybe sometime soon though...
