Scariest Moment

The opening scene of Memories still tops my rank looking to the scariest moments ever. I saw the movie recently at a friends and couldn't exactly recognize what was going to happen. He turned his surround set on loud, the bastard. Really, this first minute of suspense is masterfully done.

man, I totally agree...

(small SPOILER)

the freaking doll scared the crap out of me!

A genious idea that doll, simply a great way to use editing and sound to kill our hearts !!!

My God! I have NEVER screamed or hid behind a pillow during a horror movie!! But that doll!? I was watching it in BROAD DAYLIGHT and all! lol.. But I was sitting foreward (towards the tv) to get something when it happened! I screamed and paused it and forgot to unpause it from behind the pillow.. i though it was more suspense on a shot of the balloon for like 3minutes!!
whoa! long story..sorry >.<

I would agree that the dolls head was a - jumpy moment but not exactly scary. The scary idea for me is the story of Going Home (before you know the ending) the idea of someone living with their dead wife for 3 years is very scary.

I agree. Moody backdrop and slow camerawork....

I didn't find any of these films scary at all, but then most horror flicks makes me fall asleep.
However at least the episode "Going Home" is quite suspenseful, even "poetic", plus it contains a fascinating plot. I really liked this short film. Perhaps it didn't scare me but I deeply enjoyed it.

I almost fell from my bike when that scary doll turned her head. I'm easily scared but this one was really one of the scariest moments I've seen.
