Anyone ever been to the house in Granger, TX?

Really cool looking house. Apparently the elderly woman that owns it, and still lives there, doesn't take too kindly to visitors. I can't say I blame her. There's lots of disrespectful people out there who probably trespass and whatnot. That would explain the sign out front. Anyone ever been there in person? Any cool stories to share?

I live 20 miles from that house and would not dare enter it due to the signs out front.

They don't mind pictures taken from the road (not that they could do anything about that anyway), but they DO mind drunk idiots wandering on to their property. For that, I can't blame them.
